MSI Highly suggests our finishing package, which is the Enhancer and Xtruder working together. The Enhancer concentrates and helps clean your material by helping to remove silt and slimes, so the processing with the Xtruder is made easy and fast.
Or you may want to look at it in this manner; For Ultra fine gold If you had an Enhancer and Xtruder you could process approximately 1000 Lbs.(450 kg) of concentrates in about 2-1/2 hours.

Finishing equipment is the final step in the gold concentration and separation processes. We offer a comprehensive clean-up package, which is highly sought after by serious miners.The package consists of our Enhancer 755 concentrating unit and Xtruder 255 shaking table as seen below.

The Enhancer and Xtruder working together

First, clean the concentrate out of the sluices. If you had 6 x 20 foot sluice boxes your clean out should be approximately 500 to 700 pounds of sluice concentrate.

Next, run the sluice concentrate through the Enhancer 755. This will further concentrate and clean the material, about a 12 to 1 ratio in most cases. This should take approximately 60 minutes.

The final step is to run this super concentrate through the Xtruder 255 shaking table, which should also take about 60 minutes.

Concentrate material from your sluice boxes and roughing jigs properly. Our popular gold concentrator arrangement, known as the Enhancer 755, consists of vibratory and pre-screening unit, two 18 inch variable speed finishing jigs, recirculatory tank, and water pump. With most ores, this unit processes approximately 755 pounds per hour.
